Simply browse our directory to find verified local guides. You must create an account or sign in to request a booking or leave a review.
After completing a verified hike, you will be able to access the booking details page where you can leave a star rating and a detailed review of your experience with the guide.
Click on the 'Hike with Us' button in the navigation bar. By entering your email, you'll join our priority waitlist and be the first to know when we officially launch guide bookings!
Once you are signed in, click on your avatar in the top right corner and select 'Profile' (or 'Settings'). There you can update your full name, profile picture, and account preferences.
When you book, the system places a temporary lock on the slot. Once you upload your payment proof, our team verifies it manually to ensure a secure environment. Approvals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
