Welcome to Project TLNTK ("I," "me," "my," or "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Project TLNTK web application and any related services I provide.
Student Project & Prototype Disclaimer
Project TLNTK is currently developed by a solo student developer. It is not an officially registered business entity or corporate service. By using this site, you acknowledge its status as an educational project in active development.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Project TLNTK, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my Service.

1. Description of the Service
Project TLNTK is a hiking and tourism platform designed to help outdoor enthusiasts:
- Discover interactive trail maps for the Nasugbu Trilogy.
- Connect with verified local guides.
- Share reviews and hike logs with the community.
- Monitor real-time trail conditions and visitor presence.
Important Clarifications: I operate an informational platform. I do not employ guides directly (unless stated otherwise), nor do I guarantee the safety of the trails.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
To use Project TLNTK, you must be at least 13 years of age. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Project Status & General Liability Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without guarantees of any kind. Furthermore, hiking is an inherently dangerous activity. Maps, difficulty ratings, and guide information provided on Project TLNTK are for reference only and may contain inaccuracies.
By using this Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- No Liability: Project TLNTK and its solo developer are NOT liable for any injuries, accidents, lost hikers, property damage, fatalities, or financial losses resulting from the use of the platform.
- Self-Reliance: You are solely responsible for your own safety, preparation, and judgment on the trails.
- Trail Fluctuations: Trail conditions can change rapidly due to weather or other factors not reflected on the platform.
- Service Interruptions: Because this is a student-run project, downtime, data loss, or service discontinuation may occur at any time without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose. You specifically agree NOT to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or guides.
- Post fake, misleading, or malicious reviews.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or scrape data from the Service.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
5. Fees and Payments
Project TLNTK may facilitate bookings or collect platform fees (e.g., environmental or booking fees). Prices are subject to change. By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the guide or the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Project TLNTK application and its original content are owned by me. However, you retain ownership of the photos and reviews ("Your Content") you post. By posting, you grant me a license to display and use Your Content on the platform.
7. Account Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at my sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
